Google Calendar, both ways.

Move soccer to 5 pm in Google from the parking lot, and the kitchen tablet has it before you’re home.

Slap it on the fridge.

Four magnets hold the panel on a magnetic door. Many stainless fridges aren’t magnetic, so the Magnetday Panel comes with a stick-on steel plate. The plate is still in testing.

Test your door with any fridge magnet. The Magnetday Panel isn’t on sale yet.

3D render: the panel pulled slightly off a stainless fridge door, showing the four magnets on its back.
  • Four magnets. N52, with felt pads, so nothing scratches.
  • Straight onto the door. Works on any magnetic fridge.

Everywhere your family is.

One week, in the same colors, on every screen in the house.

Magnetday week view on a tablet: big clock, a filter chip for each person and tag, and five day columns of color-coded events.
Magnetday on a phone: today's events, each with a colored dot for the person.
The same week rendered for the color e-ink panel.

The kitchen tablet

The whole week, readable from across the room.

Every phone

Today and this week, and one line to add something.

The fridge

A 7.3-inch color e-ink panel on batteries. It redraws itself every 15 to 30 minutes. Shown here as a render; the hardware is in testing.

Watch it understand you.

Type it the way you’d text it. Each piece lights up as it’s understood: the day, the time, who it’s for, the tag. You see it before it saves, and fix it with a tap.

A color for everyone

Spot your day from across the kitchen. Tap a name to see only theirs.

Tags you make up

Type #dog and the tag exists. Pick an emoji later.

Works offline

When the internet drops, the week stays up. It catches up when it’s back.

Nothing to learn

The kitchen tablet shows the calendar and nothing else. No settings to wander into.

Questions.

More on setup and pricing.

Is it really free?

Yes. Everything that runs on your own phones and tablet is free, forever. The only thing we sell is the optional Magnetday Panel.

Do I need Home Assistant?

No. Magnetday works with your Google Calendar; a Home Assistant edition is coming too.

How long does setup take?

Our goal: under 90 seconds — scan, sign in, done. We’ll publish the stopwatch test before we say it’s done.

Does it work with iCloud or Outlook?

Google Calendar first. CalDAV and iCloud are next on the roadmap.

Who is it not for?

Families who want a big touchscreen delivered in a box today: Skylight does that well. And businesses: Magnetday is made for one household’s week.

Will the panel stick to my fridge?

On a magnetic door, yes: four neodymium magnets hold it. Many stainless doors aren’t magnetic, so the Magnetday Panel comes with a stick-on steel plate (still in testing). Test your door with any fridge magnet.
